Consulting fees :
Color and design fees - offering an initial two hour minimum at $150 per hour. Additional time during our initial meeting or during follow up appointments is charged at $120 an hour on 15 minute increments. Some travel charges may apply.
Remodeling or updating fees - offering a package of 10 hours @ $90 per hour for larger ongoing projects to choose products, stage homes, create budgets, or manage projects.
General Contracting fees:
Remodeling projects can range from replacing a countertop and backsplash to updating an entire home. A proposal outlining all work to be accomplished and exact costs can be issued on request. Fees depend on nature of work to be done.
Painting Estimates:
Depending on the scope of work, a painting estimate may be figured at the end of a consultation at no extra charge. We strive to provide quality, professional, results at reasonable costs.
